When life gets scary it isn't easy to remain hopeful. But somehow, when reading this book life's challenges don't seem quite so bad. I wasn't sure what to expect when I browsed through this book. I'd read numerous books about how to cope with life and often read similar things in all the books, but this book is different. There was something on practically every page that made me stop and think and gave me new insights. I actually started to feel more peaceful just reading it.
