Our forum is a bereavement forum providing support to those who have lost a spouse or life partner. We are not counsellors or professional psychologists but bereaved people sharing our experiences and supporting one another in this, new life journey. A journey non of us wanted or ever expected to be travelling. The forum is open to both young and to older; all ages are welcome to join in conversation.
